How do I determine the correct size for my frogg toggs suit?
Our gear is designed to be worn over your clothing. We recommend consulting our size chart and generally staying with your normal shirt size, as we have already accounted for the extra room needed for layering.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are frogg toggs products covered by a warranty?
Yes, we provide a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. This covers issues like seam failure or material defects but does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
How should I clean and maintain my rain gear?
To maintain the waterproof integrity, hand wash your gear in cold water with a mild soap and hang it to air dry. Do not machine wash, dry clean, or use a tumble dryer as high heat can damage the specialized fabric.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days via standard ground shipping.
